This song was inspired by the work of Andy Mullen. Specifically his song called "Watermelon"  (Tune for Teaching)   which is great for teaching duple divisions as well as the (I - IV - V) chord functions in Major tonality. Blueberry helps with Triple Divisions and the (i - iv - v) chord functions in Minor tonality.

Movement Options: (CIRCLE DANCE)

MACRO = Walk Forward

MICRO = Walk Backward

DIVISION = Walk Forward

SUPER MACRO = Step VERY SLOW!

Composition Cards:

Print out 2-3 copies and place them in the original order of the tune "Head Shoulders Knees and Toes." After the song has been learned students can mix up the order and arrange their own version of the song. Then practice the movements before adding the singing with the new version.
